🌟 Product Manager – Debit Card (Hybrid | Bangkok, Thailand)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Contract Duration: 3 years – extendable / potential for permanent conversion

We are looking for a Debit Card/Credit Card Product Manager to join as an embedded member at a leading Thai bank, in collaboration with a global payments technology company. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive debit card innovation, product strategy, and delivery while working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine debit card strategies to increase customer acquisition, activation, and usage.
  • Identify product innovation opportunities aligned with market trends, customer behavior, and regulatory changes.
  • Enhance existing debit card features, benefits, and user experience.
  • Lead end-to-end product initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring stakeholder alignment and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with IT, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Data teams for successful project execution.
  • Partner with fintechs and payment gateways to explore innovation and partnership opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with Bank of Thailand regulations and internal data protection policies (PDPA).
  • Oversee operational risk, fraud prevention, and resolution of debit product-related issues.

🔹 Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product management within cards, banking, fintech, or payments.
  • Strong knowledge of debit/credit card products, payment systems, and customer journeys.
  • Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional projects in multicultural environments.
  • Data-driven with strong analytical and execution skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Exposure to digital banking and customer experience design is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written).
