Role Overview

We are seeking a mid-level professional with strong expertise in credit card product and portfolio management to support a strategic initiative with a top-tier bank in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role focuses on driving credit card portfolio performance through activation, spend optimization, customer engagement, and attrition management using data-driven insights and targeted campaigns.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct portfolio analysis using both Mastercard and client datasets to derive actionable insights.
• Derive actionable insights to improve acquisition, activation, spend, engagement, and retention
• Support the design and execution of targeted customer campaigns in collaboration with marketing and data teams
• Monitor campaign effectiveness and recommend performance optimization actions
• Support development of project deliverables including dashboards, reports, and executive presentations
• Coordinate with client stakeholders and support weekly and bi-weekly governance cadence, including steering committee updates

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in consumer banking, particularly in credit card portfolio or product management.
• Proven experience working with Indonesian banks or financial institutions.
• Strong understanding of credit card lifecycle, from customer acquisition and activation to retention and engagement.
• Experience in campaign execution, performance marketing analysis, and portfolio optimization
• Effective communicator in both Bahasa Indonesia (native-level) and English (professional working proficiency).
• Previous experience in consulting, project management, or PMO roles is highly preferred.
• Must be based in Jakarta and available for full-time, on-site work at the client’s location.
