🌍 About the Role

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join the Quality Assurance & Control Testing team. This role is key in ensuring adherence to compliance processes across financial crime operations including KYC, sanctions screening, and transaction monitoring.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll contribute to strengthening compliance frameworks and improving operational processes in a global environment.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate compliance processes such as KYC, CDD, EDD, and Transaction Monitoring
• Conduct periodic reviews to ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements
• Identify root causes of errors and recommend process improvements
• Assess analyst performance and provide actionable feedback
• Prepare and present monthly reports on trends, findings, and key metrics
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across compliance operations

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in financial crime compliance or related roles
• Experience in QA, testing, or investigative analysis
• Strong understanding of AML, sanctions, and compliance regulations
• Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and tools like Tableau / Power BI
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
