Senior Specialist – Talent Acquisition (Contract | 12 Months + Extension Potential)

We are looking for a Senior Specialist – Talent Acquisition to join our high-performing APAC team on a 12-month contract with strong potential for extension (and possible long-term opportunities).

What You’ll Do

• Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to understand hiring needs and plan talent strategies
• Own end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across multiple business units (with a focus on Japan market)
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies (direct sourcing, talent mapping, networking, digital channels)
• Deliver a seamless candidate experience and act as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring lifecycle
• Drive employer branding initiatives aligned with business goals
• Provide data-driven insights, reporting, and market intelligence
• Ensure compliance and accuracy across recruitment systems
• Stay updated on talent market trends and continuously improve hiring strategies

What We’re Looking For

• 5–10 years of end-to-end recruitment experience (agency + in-house preferred)
• Strong understanding of Southeast Asia/APAC talent market (fintech or consulting experience is a plus)
• Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Data-driven mindset with experience using ATS and sourcing tools
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and collaborative approach
• Fluency in English and Malay (Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus)
