About the Role

We are supporting a high-impact performance marketing initiative with a leading global payments and technology company, working closely with a financial institution and a hospitality partner in Indonesia.

This role focuses on end-to-end performance marketing execution, stakeholder coordination, and campaign effectiveness across acquisition, activation, usage, and retention programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee performance marketing initiatives across acquisition, activation, usage, and retention
• Act as a key liaison between financial institution, payments partner, and hospitality group
• Track and report marketing KPIs on a monthly basis
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimizations
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders across local, regional, and HQ teams
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience in performance marketing within financial services, payments, fintech, or banking
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in multinational financial institutions, payments, fintech, or banking is a must-have.
• Exposure to co-brand or partnership marketing initiatives preferred
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Based in Jakarta and available for full-time, on-site engagement
