What you will do
Client is recruiting for a Revenue Analyst to support its US Revenue Management team, encompassing Disputes/Deductions Management, Cash Applications, and Accounts Receivable reporting for the US Market. As a member of this team, you will support daily operations and help drive process optimization while ensuring adherence to compliance and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Upgrade transaction management processes, data infrastructure and reporting to improve business metrics and decision making.
- Use process excellence tools & technology and internal/external collaboration to identify and implement business process simplification, standardization and automation to increase revenue recovery, improve cycle time, reduce errors and/or reduce effort.
- Perform root cause analysis on revenue process & systems and partner with other business stakeholders to identify patterns, customer payment behavior changes, and resolve issues to reduce future incoming deductions (deduction prevention).
- Use project management skills to lead or participate in functional area and department projects that improve cash flow, reduce deductions, and streamline manual processes.
- Support cross-company/cross-functional analyses and give strategic recommendations based on cost-benefit analyses and/or compliance.
- Lead with analytical expertise to coach/lead Revenue Analysts on projects and analyses to improve their functional and business skills in the delivery of business results.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree is required; focused degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Logistics, and/or Operations is preferred.
- 2 years of experience.
- Strong data & analytics skills with tools like MS Excel (advanced), MS Power BI, Alteryx, MS Azure and/or Databricks is required.
- Project Management skills are required.
- Candidates are required to have demonstrated ability to:

- Coach and develop skills in others
Desired Qualifications
- Functional: Experience with financial flows in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash Applications, SOX, Audit, is preferred.
- Functional: Experience with order management, customer forward & reverse distribution/logistics is preferred.
- Technical: Demonstrated automation skills with programming in Python and/or R or with tools like UI Path and/or Blue Prism is preferred.
- Leadership: Strong collaboration skills with experience working on cross functional teams is preferred.
