You will be working with a global leader in digital payments, operating across 200+ countries and territories, enabling secure, seamless, and intelligent transactions worldwide.

The organization partners with leading banks, businesses, and governments to power economies and drive innovation in the payments ecosystem. This role offers direct exposure to large-scale card portfolio strategy and high-impact initiatives within the banking sector.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on, client-embedded role supporting a leading issuer in the Philippines. You will act as a strategic partner to the cards business team, driving portfolio performance, insights, and execution of key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own performance tracking of credit/debit card portfolios (acquisition, activation, spend, attrition, profitability)
• Develop dashboards, reports, and business insights for stakeholders
• Support card launches, campaigns, and lifecycle initiatives
• Measure initiative impact and recommend data-driven optimizations
• Drive portfolio reviews and performance discussions
• Collaborate with product, marketing, analytics, and operations teams
• Act as a trusted on-site partner to the issuer

What We’re Looking For

• 8–12 years of experience in cards / retail banking / payments
• Strong understanding of card portfolio performance and business drivers
• Experience in P&L, portfolio analytics, and performance reporting
• Ability to translate data into clear business insights and actions
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Role-Specific Requirement

• For Credit Card role → Experience in credit card portfolio management is mandatory
• For Debit Card role → Experience in debit card / CASA-linked card business is required
