An exciting opportunity to work with one of the world’s leading global payments and card network organizations, driving innovative Credit & Debit Card products for international banking partners.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute product roadmap strategies for Credit & Debit Cards

• Drive portfolio growth across premium, exclusive, and digital-first offerings

• Manage end-to-end cards product lifecycle including pricing, rewards, and feature enhancements

• Partner with Marketing teams on acquisition campaigns, retention programs, and cross-sell strategies

• Support strategic banking partnerships and expand value-added services opportunities

• Track and optimize key KPIs including activation, spend, retention, and profitability

• Collaborate with stakeholders, partner banks, and vendors to deliver impactful outcomes

🔹 Requirements:

✔ 7+ years of experience in Payments, Card Programs, Fintech Product Management, or Card Scheme Operations

✔ Proven experience managing Credit or Debit Card products for international banks, preferably in Hong Kong

✔ Strong expertise in Cards Product Strategy, Marketing, Analytics, and Portfolio Management

✔ Experience working in an Agile environment

✔ Excellent Stakeholder Management & Communication Skills

✔ Fluent in Cantonese and English

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field
