What you will do
The Warehouse Lead is responsible for supervising and delegating daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient workflow including supply of the production and exporting activities, coordinating maintenance and inventory activities, and enforcing safety and storage procedures. You will also collaborate with other departments to manage material flow and contribute to productivity reporting and budget adherence:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a dynamic warehouse team to optimize daily operations, ensuring seamless inventory flow, timely order fulfillment, and continuous workflow to meet productivity targets.
- Implement innovative inventory management techniques leveraging data analytics to reduce errors, conduct regular inventory audits, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate stock records.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance warehouse layout and workflow, boosting efficiency, safety and regulatory standards and readiness through routine maintenance and repairs.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, professional growth, and best practices in warehouse management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with deliver, procurement, quality, planning and production teams to synchronize supply chain activities, coordinate material flow, and meet organizational goals.
- Utilize technology-driven solutions to monitor performance metrics, prepare detailed productivity and operational reports, contribute to budget planning, and proactively address operational bottlenecks.
- Champion sustainability initiatives by identifying opportunities to reduce waste and optimize resource utilization in warehouse processes.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols and environmental regulations, and develop, update, and enforce standard operating procedures for the safe storage, handling, and movement of materials.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues impacting customer satisfaction, logistics efficiency, and warehouse quality standards.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent with a strong foundation in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields.
- 2-5 years of progressive experience in warehouse operations or supervision with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide personnel effectively.
- Proficiency in computer applications including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and communication.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a track record of implementing creative solutions to complex operational challenges.
