What you will do
The Customer Development Manager - Regional Key Accounts Visayas is responsible for managing and expanding key accounts by scheduling appointments, addressing complex customer inquiries, and identifying new sales opportunities. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve support gaps, analyze sales performance and execute brand in-store plans, to achieve sales goals:
Key Responsibilities
· Spearhead strategic initiatives to deepen relationships with regional key accounts across Visayas, driving sustained business growth and customer loyalty.
· Innovate tailored customer development plans that anticipate market trends and shopper needs, ensuring competitive advantage in the region.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and distributor teams to co-create value-driven solutions that resonate with key account stakeholders.
· Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate support and resources needed to meet customer and business objectives.
· Leverage data analytics and customer insights to proactively identify expansion opportunities and mitigate potential risks within assigned accounts.
· Prepare detailed sales activity reports, highlighting key issues and recommending actionable solutions to management.
· Lead negotiation and contract renewal processes with a focus on maximizing mutual value and fostering long-term partnerships.
· Analyze personal sales performance against targets and adapt sales approaches to achieve or exceed goals.
· Communicate competitive intelligence and market insights to inform business and product planning.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
· 6 to 8 years of proven experience in customer development, sales, or account management roles.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage client relationships and internal collaboration.
· Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
· Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex customer issues independently.
