The candidate will work alongside a consulting team and mainly support:

Key Responsibilities

1. Stakeholder / Customer Interviews

• Conduct interviews with internal sales teams, service providers, and Hong Kong B2B customers
• Gather business insights, customer feedback, market understanding, and pain points

2. Research & Analysis

• Perform market research / business research
• Analyze interview findings, customer trends, and commercial insights

3. Strategy Project Support

• Support the consulting team on a 4–6 week strategy project
• Help structure findings, summarize insights, and contribute to recommendations

4. Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Coordinate with project teams and interview participants
• Communicate findings clearly in English/Cantonese
