Technology Delivery Lead / Technical Program Manager

A leading global management consulting firm is expanding its Technology Delivery capability across Asia Pacific (APAC) to support complex, large-scale technology transformations for leading organizations.

We are seeking experienced Technical Program Managers and Technology Delivery Leaders who can lead cross-functional technical programs, orchestrate enterprise-scale delivery, and drive system-level architectural integrity across complex technology landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Program Leadership

• Lead large-scale technology programs from inception through production and ongoing operations.
• Own delivery health, critical path management, risk mitigation, and dependency resolution across multiple teams.
• Drive execution strategy, governance, release planning, and measurable business outcomes.
• Establish delivery metrics, quality indicators, and operational excellence frameworks.

Multi-Team Delivery & SDLC Management

• Manage enterprise delivery models across Agile, Hybrid, and Legacy environments.
• Drive release orchestration, testing strategies, CI/CD governance, and production readiness.
• Ensure predictable delivery through effective planning, dependency tracking, and stakeholder alignment.

Architecture & Engineering Alignment

• Partner with architecture and engineering leaders to ensure scalable and resilient solutions.
• Drive systems thinking across platforms, services, APIs, cloud ecosystems, and enterprise technology landscapes.
• Manage technical debt, integration risks, and architectural dependencies.

AI & GenAI Delivery Enablement

• Integrate AI-assisted delivery practices across the SDLC.
• Support GenAI product delivery, LLMOps readiness, AI governance, testing, and monitoring.
• Ensure responsible AI deployment with strong controls, compliance, and risk management.

Client Advisory Leadership

• Operate as a senior delivery leader across consulting, client, and engineering teams.
• Translate technical complexity into executive-level recommendations and business decisions.
• Build sustainable delivery capabilities within client organizations.

Requirements

• 5–12+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Technology Delivery, Engineering Management, or related leadership roles.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise technology programs.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, cloud platforms, CI/CD, DevOps, platform engineering, and software architecture.
• Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams and complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong systems-thinking mindset with the ability to balance delivery velocity and long-term platform health.
• Exposure to AI-enabled engineering workflows, GenAI platforms, or LLMOps is highly desirable.
