What you will do

The DEMAND PLANNER is responsible for supporting the assessment process (through data analysis, support in managing meetings) and support in the implementation of transformational projects within the Demand Planning area in the Cluster (North to South) and/or for a specific country.

Projects related to:

• Integrated Business Planning
• Sales Operation & Execution

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in the implementation of new processes and systems within the area through effective cross-functional communication
• Analyze historical datasets and projections to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and strategy teams to translate needs into analytical solutions.
• Document processes, findings, and recommendations in a clear and actionable way.
• To train and support stakeholders in the interpretation and use of the developed models and to ensure change management.

What are we looking for?

Required qualifications

• Industrial Engineering, related engineering fields, economics, or related careers with a high analytical content.
• 3 years of experience in data handling, information analysis and management of transformational projects in planning.
• Intermediate English .

Knowledge in:

• Knowledge of the IBP and S&OE process
• Knowledge and experience in demand forecasting and supply chain management
• Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities

Desired qualifications:

• Previous experience in IBP project implementations.
• Analytical and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills with data.
• Ability to lead and work in multidisciplinary teams.
