Shopper Activation Manager

Sydney, New South Wales, Australia ( Hybrid )

Fixed Term Contract of 6 months


As a Shopper Manager, you will work cross-functionally with Sales, Category, and Brand teams, alongside external agency partners, to develop and deliver integrated shopper activation plans. You will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, project management, and execution of initiatives across the path to purchase, including point-of-sale materials, retail media campaigns, and customer and industry conferences, ensuring best-in-class activation that drives shopper engagement and commercial results

Key Responsibility Are

  • asExecute the Client Shopper Strategy and develop specific Brand x Channel x Customer Shopper Strategie
  • s.Ensure plans adhere to Brand and Shopper Playbooks and deliver to the principle of Science of Brand Growt
  • h.Develop, together with the Strategic Shopper Activation Manager, Insights Team, Sales, Category and Marketing, specific shopper engagement opportunities through understanding of shopper missions & profile
  • s.Support, together with the Strategic Shopper Activation Manager the development of Shopper Outputs needed within IMC brief
  • s.Lead and execute Retail Media Plans together Sales and brand to deliver maximum impac
  • t.Identify opportunities for competitive advantage and/or areas of risk to our brands through rigorous monitoring and assessment at all shopper touch-points. As well as assessing the activities of our competitor
  • s.Support the Shopper, Sales, Brand and HCP teams execute conference
  • s.Forecasting and timely production of all brand assets including retailer online, catalogues, point of sale items, permanent stands and retailer merchandising unit
  • s.Work to KPI’s for shopper engagement programs & track performance/ROI in partnership with C
  • BIWork within the fixed marketing budget and ensure that monthly tracking and reporting for is completed in a timely manne
  • r.The Strategic Shopper Activation Manager (your Line Manager), the Self Care BU team, sales, operations and our global marketing teams to constantly redevelop and assess the shopper platforms that drive our brands in context of the category visions and growth drivers, whilst also executing the visio
  • n.You will be an integral part of developing the Brand Shopper Playbooks and ensure best practice is embedded into Pacific Personal Care plans as well executing timely production and delivery of physical elements, working across design and production agencie
