Business Administrative Support – Finance Assistant
Location: Singapore Office – DUO Tower, Level 17, 3 Fraser Street, Singapore 189352 (Bugis area), with convenient access via Bugis MRT Station.
Contract Duration: Approximately 6 Months potential of extension
Start Date: Mid-July 2026 or earlier, if available
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – Minimum 3 days per week in the office

Position Overview
Our client is a leading global technology company operating in the payments and financial services industry, connecting businesses, financial institutions, governments, and consumers through innovative digital payment solutions across more than 200 countries and territories.
They are seeking a Business Administrative Support – Finance Assistant to provide maternity leave coverage within their Finance team based in Singapore. This role is focused on providing administrative and operational support for finance processes, including generating reports from internal accounting systems, supporting month-end close activities, maintaining financial records, and assisting with various ad hoc administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, proficient in working with financial data and reports, and capable of coordinating effectively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and distribute reports from internal accounting and finance systems to support the month-end close process.
- Assist the Finance team with routine administrative and operational activities.
- Maintain and organize financial records, reports, and supporting documentation.
- Support data compilation, reconciliation, and report preparation as required.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information and ensure timely completion of finance-related tasks.
- Track and monitor reporting deadlines and follow up on outstanding items.
- Assist with ad hoc administrative projects and finance support activities as assigned.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of financial information and documentation.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in an administrative, finance support, accounting support, or business operations role.
- Experience working with financial systems, accounting platforms, or ERP systems is advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable handling routine administrative tasks and supporting finance operations.
- Must be based in Singapore and available to work from the office at least three days per week.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting a Finance or Accounting team.
- Familiarity with month-end close processes and financial reporting activities.
- Experience working in a multinational corporate environment would be an advantage.
