oThe Financial Operations (FinOps) Analyst, General Accounting is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. This role ensures compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies while providing analytical support to improve financial performance. This role reports to the Team Lead, General Accounting and is based in Taguig, Philippines. Work shift is mid shift, from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM

Key Responsibiliti

• esPrepare and post journal entries, ensuring they are accurate and complet
• e.Prepare monthly and quarterly balance sheet account reconciliation
• s.Carry out monthly, quarterly, and annual closing task
• s.Reconcile general ledger accounts and address any discrepancie
• s.Maintain the integrity of financial data in the accounting syste
• m.Assist with the preparation of financial statements and management report
• s.Analyze financial results and explain variance
• s.Support internal and external audit requirements, including providing documentation and schedule
• s.Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and company accounting policie
• s.Monitor and enhance internal controls and accounting processe
• s.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Procurement, AP, AR) ) to ensure accurate reportin
• g.Identify ways to improve processes and automate task
• s.Run automation processes using KNIME and Excel macro
