oThis role will be primarily responsible for ensuring that perfect store guidelines are executed according to set standards within the assigned area following the ISE principle/guidelines. He/She leads planning to execution in partnership with the account/territory/distributor managers and merchandising teams, while ensuring compliance with internal and external guidelines of execution. Field Executions Manager ensures that all national, account-specific, and area-specific campaigns will land in stores in his/her managed area as planned

- fications:A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or any related discipline is
- required.At least 3-5 years of professional experience in sales, trade marketing, category management, or customer de

- keholders.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and develop strate
- gic plans.Proven experience in executing trade and brand activations, sales campaigns, and in-store merchandising
- programs.Ability to manage budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and evaluate execution effe
- ctiveness.Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced en
- vironment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM or ER
