Summary and scope:

Work in the drugstore sector, focusing on dermocosmetic products (Neutrogena and Neostrata), Baby and Listerine. Provide support to points of sale of the main drugstore chains in the region, including maintenance, organization, sales approaches, training, and brand engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • To guarantee increased sell-out through engagement and strategic plans for each point of sale;
  • Working on relationships with point-of-sale staff, guiding and training them to be engaged with our brands; "Vision of influence"
  • Deliver the defined monthly sell-out target for clients, working on each brand in detail. "Focus on results."
  • Delivering a good shopping (or customer approach) experience through product testing (testers and samples); "communication skills"
  • To monitor and control the execution of sell-out incentive campaigns; (BUDGETS)
  • To ensure brand visibility at the point of sale (both qualitatively and quantitatively), executing with a focus on product distribution on shelves, merchandising, and price monitoring; "disciplined execution".
  • Perform in-store kit assembly (giveaways or promotional packs), as instructed;
  • To assemble and develop action plans for making quick decisions that will reverse the outcome;
  • Having knowledge and analyzing the tools provided leads to more strategic actions and decision-making at the point of sale. "Analytical vision and strategic thinking"
  • Receiving, storing, and managing materials (at home and logistics base) for work throughout the month.

Requirements:

  • Driver's license
  • Own car (mileage payment)
  • Higher education (completed or in progress)
