LEThe Asphalt Plant Operator will be responsible for overseeing the production of asphalt, ensuring proper mixing, quality control, equipment monitoring, safety standards, and process adjustments to meet production goals and specification

• oilOperate and run mixing operations on the asphalt plant and ensure material quality and compliance with specificati

• ersPerform routine maintenance on heavy equipment and plants including keeping accurate and thorough records of plant performance and product
• ionManage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, including scaling, ticketing, and assisting in asphalt ord
• ersComplete daily checklist, journal and repo
• rtsCollaborate with plant operators, truckers, quality control and dispa
• tchProvide excellent customer service to internal and external customers by addressing issues, questions or concerns in a timely man
