About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product & Portfolio Manager to lead the growth and performance of a Consumer Credit Card portfolio. You will be responsible for driving product strategy, portfolio performance, customer engagement, and lifecycle management while working closely with cross-functional teams across Product, Marketing, Sales, Risk, Technology, Operations, Finance, and Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap for the Consumer Credit Card portfolio.
• Manage portfolio performance across customer acquisition, card activation, spend, usage, retention, and profitability.
• Identify market opportunities and recommend new product features, benefits, and customer value propositions.
• Analyze portfolio performance, customer behavior, and market trends to drive business growth.
• Lead product enhancements and new feature launches from concept through implementation.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales to develop customer acquisition, engagement, and retention campaigns.
• Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Analytics to successfully deliver product initiatives.
• Monitor portfolio KPIs and present actionable business insights to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure products remain compliant with regulatory and card scheme requirements while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Required Experience

• 5–10 years of experience in Consumer Credit Card Product Management, Portfolio Management, Banking, Payments, or Financial Services.
• Hands-on experience managing Consumer Credit Card portfolios.
• Strong understanding of portfolio performance including acquisition, activation, spend, customer engagement, retention, and profitability.
• Experience launching new credit card products, portfolio initiatives, or customer propositions.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Technology, or a related discipline.

Preferred Experience

• Experience within a bank, payment network, fintech, or financial institution.
• Knowledge of customer segmentation, campaign management, rewards and loyalty programmes, pricing strategies, and portfolio analytics.
• Experience using SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools is an advantage.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, or Product Management certifications are a plus.
