ABOUT THE ROLE

All Dragline operational duties are performed in a work-safe manner; plant safety rules are followed and the individual works as a team member. This Dragline is a Manitowoc 4600 friction type with twin diesel engines. This is an Operating Engineer 150 position and will work the day shift subject to change

.
Dragline Operators are given primary responsibility of performing all underwater sand & gravel extraction tasks to include site preparation with excavators and dozers when needed. The position also requires all preventative maintenance tasks that pertain to the safe operation and upkeep of the draglin
