What you will do

Junior Logistics Analyst

Responsible for customer service, order and delivery tracking, resolving transportation and billing issues, and supporting the efficiency of logistics operations. Will work in conjunction with internal areas to ensure customer satisfaction, monitor shipments, analyze feedback, and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Main responsibilities

• To answer and resolve customer questions and complaints.
• Track orders, deliveries, and shipments.
• Working with internal teams to solve operational problems.
• To support improvements in logistics processes and the supply chain.
• Update reports, dashboards, and operational indicators.
• Conduct satisfaction surveys and analyze the results.
• Proactively communicate delays and resolutions to customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Completed;
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of order processing, tracking, and inventory control.
• Knowledge of data analysis tools and logistics management.
