The Opportunity
High5 is seeking an accomplished Director of Enterprise Sales to accelerate our growth across enterprise and mid-sized clients in the United States.
The ideal candidate understands how senior executives buy consulting and professional services and can engage clients around business outcomes rather than simply selling talent.
You will build a portfolio from the ground up, develop relationships with C suite and senior functional leaders, identify strategic initiatives, and position High5 consultants and project teams to help clients move from strategy through execution.
A significant area of opportunity will be the private equity ecosystem, including developing relationships with PE operating partners and portfolio company executives and supporting value creation initiatives across their portfolios.
What You Will Sell
The Director of Enterprise Sales will focus on identifying strategic initiatives where High5 can provide specialized consulting expertise, project leadership, or complete project teams.
What You Will Do
Build a book of business. Identify, prioritize, prospect, and develop your own portfolio of enterprise, mid market, and private equity relationships rather than relying on an inherited account base.
Develop executive relationships. Build trusted relationships with CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, CTOs, CHROs, Chief Transformation Officers, procurement executives, operating partners, and other senior decision makers.
Identify transformation opportunities. Understand each client's strategic agenda and uncover initiatives where specialized external expertise can accelerate execution or improve business
outcomes.
Sell consultatively. Lead conversations around the client's business challenges, strategic priorities, operating model, transformation roadmap, and desired outcomes before determining the appropriate High5 solution.
Develop strategic accounts. Create account strategies, identify multiple buying centers, build executive sponsorship, and establish multi year growth plans for priority relationships.
Lead complex pursuits. Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and discovery through solution development, proposal, commercial negotiation, contracting, and close.
Build private equity relationships. Develop relationships with private equity firms, operating partners, portfolio operations teams, and portfolio company executives to support transformation and value creation initiatives.
Expand relationships. Convert initial projects into broader strategic partnerships by identifying adjacent opportunities across functions, business units, and transformation programs.
Represent High5 in the market. Develop a strong executive network and represent High5 at industry conferences, private equity events, executive forums, and client meetings.
