We are looking for a strong Generalist Strategy Consultant to support strategic initiatives for a leading global strategy consulting firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct business research, market assessments, and strategic analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and business challenges.
• Develop actionable insights and recommendations through structured problem-solving and data analysis.
• Prepare high-quality reports, executive presentations, briefing documents, and client-facing deliverables.
• Support strategy development, business transformation, growth strategy, and operating model initiatives.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and discussions with senior stakeholders and industry representatives.
• Synthesize information from multiple sources into clear, structured recommendations.
• Manage assigned workstreams and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.

Mandatory Requirements

• Consulting Experience: Minimum 5 years of core consulting experience with MBB, Kearney, Big Four firms (Deloitte, EY, PwC, KPMG), or other well-established consulting firms.
• Substantial core consulting experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, business consulting, or generalist consulting.
• Meaningful consulting experience with MBB, Kearney, EY, Deloitte, or other Big Four consulting firms is strongly preferred.
• A stable consulting career with meaningful tenure at consulting firms.
• Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to prepare strategic recommendations, executive-level presentations, and client-facing reports.
• Must be based in Delhi NCR or able to work onsite in New Delhi.
• Available to join at the earliest.

Academic Background

Candidates with up to 10 years of overall consulting experience may be considered.

Candidates with comparatively fewer years of consulting experience may also be considered if they have a strong academic background from premier institutions such as IIT, IIM, XLRI, SP Jain, or comparable institutions, along with relevant core consulting experience.
