It also provides central visibility to HR and procurement teams running extended workforce programmes with talent intelligence, reports and insights on external talent usage, skills, experience and costs. The open API architecture of the Talent Marketplace has been designed specifically to enable integrations with third party systems, including Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
