About Y TREE

We are a rapidly growing WealthTech business that is re-defining how individuals and families connect and engage with their money. We provide our clients with control over their personal finances, enhancing their ability to achieve their financial and life aspirations.

We are harnessing sophisticated portfolio analytics, innovative behavioural psychology and cutting-edge UX/UI to create a revolutionary experience and transformational outcomes for our users. The business was founded in 2017 by three successful entrepreneurs and business-builders with diverse experiences and skill-sets in Technology, Corporate Advice and Investment Management and is backed by some of Europe’s leading investors.

The Role

The Digital Demand Generation Manager owns Y TREE's digital client acquisition engine end to end, CRM and marketing technology stack, the website, and paid media, from planning through to live buying.

CRM & Marketing Technology

  • Own and administer HubSpot day to day: workflows, list segmentation, data hygiene.
  • Act as marketing's primary liaison with the Product team on Hubspot and salesforce integrations — briefing requirements, testing changes, and troubleshooting issues between CRMs and downstream systems.
  • Similar liaison for any other digital platform that needs technical input or support, including the website and ad platforms.
  • Own the wider digital subscriptions and platform stack: evaluate tools, manage renewals and licences, and recommend consolidations or additions as the stack evolves.
  • Identify and implement AI-enabled features within HubSpot and the CRM stack e.g. predictive scoring, Hubspot automations.

Website Management

  • Own day-to-day management of the website: content updates, page builds, SEO hygiene, and technical issue monitoring and management.
  • Brief and coordinate with the Platforms and AWS team on larger website changes, new builds, or integrations.
  • Monitor and report on site performance (traffic, conversion, engagement) and run a continuous test-and-learn programme — A/B testing and personalisation — to improve lead capture.

Measurement, Reporting & Optimisation

  • Work alongside Marketing ops to measure, report and optimise campaigns, CRM, and website on a continuous basis.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the primary marketing point of contact for all digital marketing platforms, Hubspot Salesforce, the website, and any other platform requiring build or engineering support.
  • Work with Integrated Marketing to ensure content, brand, and campaigns are reflected consistently across CRM, website, and paid channels.
  • Support Network with lead generation, lead handoff, conversion tracking, and campaign-driven pipeline reporting alongside Marketing Ops.

About You

Technical Skills

  • Proven hands-on experience managing HubSpot (or an equivalent marketing automation platform), including workflows, segmentation, and reporting.
  • Experience running paid media campaigns end to end across Google Ads and LinkedIn (or similar) — including hands-on buying and bid management, as well as experience in briefing agencies.
  • Comfortable acting as the bridge between marketing and a Product, Platform teams and Website Dev agency: able to write clear requirements and test changes to CRM, website, and CRM integrations.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Website management experience (Wordpress CMS, SEO, conversion optimisation); familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.
  • Hands-on experience applying AI tools to ad copy generation, CRM automation, reporting, personalisation

Personal Characteristics

  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset, able to execute independently without reliance on agencies.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable building and interpreting performance dashboards.
  • Project management skills.
