Job Description
Location: Warrington
Shifts: 4 on 4 off Rotation | 6am till 6pm (Green shift)
Contract: Full time, Permanent, Salaried
Based at our Fulfilment Centre in Warrington, the Factory Analysts are part of the Operations Systems team. The Analysts work on shift to support the Operation in the Control Room.
Core Responsibilites
- As part of our Analyst team, this role provides 1st Line Factory Systems Support.
- You’ll be ensuring that our site can operate smoothly through continuous flow control; by monitoring our systems, being the first point of contact for issues and owning the required escalation process.
- Complete data Analysis of Line Performance through creating, interpreting and delivering reports
- Aligning stock profile as required and updating our WMS system accordingly
- Investigating issues
- Understanding order flow issues and errors, solutions and escalations
- 1st line operational support - Monitoring our systems through Dashboards (Meraki, Zabbix, Power BI), Slack, Radio, CCTV)
Who You Are
- A high level of computer literacy – in particular, Excel/Google Sheets as creating reports is part of the role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Demonstrable experience of working with Warehouse Management System
- An ability to analyse data to diagnose business performance
- Willingness to learn and develop IT / Tech skills in support of the factory estate.
