Job Description
We’re looking for a Technical Application & Integration Specialist to join our ERP squad and shape the future of our third-party tech stack.You’ll be the technical expert and system administrator for ERP applications (HRIS, ATS, L&D, FP&A, etc.), covering everything from new implementations and configuration to improving data flows and processes.You’ll design and maintain scalable integrations using APIs, middleware and iPaaS – making systems work better together, automating tasks, and improving workflows across multiple domains. While ERP will be your main focus, you’ll also support integrations in other areas (Customer Care, Procurement, Food Technical, Ops, etc.) as needed.
In this role, you’ll:
- Build smart, scalable integrations using APIs, middleware and iPaaS
- Automate workflows and improve processes across multiple teams and systems
- Act as SME for system configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting
- Experiment with AI tools like LLMs, Copilots and GPTs to drive productivity
What we’re looking for:
- Strong coding and integration background (APIs, iPaaS, middleware)
- Skilled at mapping, designing and improving workflows
- Great communicator who can work with technical and non-technical teams
- Organised, proactive, and eager to learn new systems as our business evolves
Qualifications
Preferred but not essential:
Experience working with ERP, Finance and People Tech, with knowledge of industry-standard third party systems.
Degree or equivalent qualification in Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.
Courses or qualifications in data management, analytics, business analysis or project management are an advantage.
Experience working with AI, including using large language models (LLMs) and building custom GPTs
