Currently we are recruiting for an Office Manager within our London office, and we can offer the following employee experience….

· Salary of £15k to £18k (based on £30k FTE)

· Part Time Hours (18-21 hours, to be worked across 3- 5 days)

· An Easily Accessible and Open Workspace at our Bermondsey office

· Flexitime Working (with core hours of 10-4)

· Hybrid Working (office based on Tuesday and Wednesday)

· 23 days Holiday, increasing annually up to 27 days (pro rata for part time roles)

· Monthly Coffee Allowance

· Supportive Management Team

What is the Role?

The main responsibility of this role is to manage all office administration, supplies, IT equipment and provide support to the leadership team.

Other key responsibilities include:

· Welcoming and supporting the onboarding of new starters to the business.

· Planning and coordinating meetings, for both business and work social events.

· Coordinate the twice-yearly appraisal process.

· Work with our HR partner to help monitor and drive diversity & inclusion as per our manifesto and highlight further areas for improvement.

· Ensuring the office is a well maintained, safe and accessible space.

· Manage the relationship with our IT Support provider, ensuring employees have the right equipment.

· Manage all office-related facility providers, such as the landlord and the cleaning company.

· Provide the SLT, Finance, and HR with administrative support.
