Salary will be £12.50ph

Shift pattern will be either Monday - Friday 6:00 - 1:30pm or Monday - Friday 10am - 5:30pm

The role

We are looking for an Senior Production Operative to help us sustain and grow an operation of excellence. You will support the operation supervisor in helping to manage a small team of operatives to deliver department performance productivity, packing quality & accuracy and on time delivery.

As a senior op, your main responsibilities will include:

• Leading by example and showing the speed and quality we expect from all operatives
• Be well rounded in all areas of the operation in case you need to be moved to help cover
• Bringing any issues to the attention of Production Supervisor
• The ability to problem solve if the Supervisor is not around
• Understand how to close and open the building if needed
