The role...

  • Hire additional roles to execute against and scale your Enterprise Sales process.
  • Be managing the day-to-day running of a high-functioning sales team - one that drives ARR revenue
  • Collaborate with marketing, growth and customer success to ensure alignment between the commercial spine of the business and maximize customer satisfaction and engagement across all touch points in their interactions
  • Be actively supporting, coaching and mentoring the reps to deliver on target week-on-week, month-on-month inline with your expectations, processes and methodologies.
  • Build a strong pipeline of sales opportunities giving us confidence of future revenue
  • Negotiate and close complex contracts
  • Update existing playbooks with sales process, sales methodology and learnings

About you...

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Sales leadership experience with enterprise B2B SaaS companies that achieved scale
  • You love selling and hunting with a never give up attitude and you lead from the front.
  • Good experience with tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, Salesloft etc
  • You love coaching, mentoring and supporting sales individuals to be their best selves.
  • Experience of implementing and managing a sales methodology
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with the wider team
  • You have hands-on experience working in early-stage startups and hyper-growth experience
  • You are a proactive self-starter and enjoy working as part of growing teams
  • You want a challenge
  • You must be in the NYC metro area

💰 Salary: $200,000 - $300,000 OTE
(based on applied experience + other factors identified by the hiring committee)
