The role:

We’re looking for a sharp HR Generalist, with a keen eye for detail and a care for people! the role is a maternity cover for 9 months, reporting to the Head of People

Here’s what you’ll be getting up to:

  • Recruitment onboarding: Support the full cycle of recruitment, including coordinating the onboarding process.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive working environment by addressing employee concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting open communication.
  • Performance Management: Support performance appraisal processes, provide guidance on goal setting and assist managers in employee development plans.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations, maintain accurate employee records, and update HR policies as necessary.
  • Payroll - Run payroll in collaboration with Finance, The Head of People, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
  • HR Reporting: Generate reports on HR metrics, analyze data to identify trends, and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Culture and Engagement: Drive initiatives that promote employee engagement, recognition, and a strong organizational culture.
  • HR Systems: Competent in maintaining and maximising usage of HR Information System, and support in the training of system optimisations across the business
  • Administration - Internal change letters, exit interviews, and any other people related letters.
