The Role
Join XUND as a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager / People & Culture Coordinator and support us in bringing clarity to the most important decisions in healthcare. As the organizational heart of our Budapest office, you will oversee the smooth daily operations of our Budapest office, helping us create a workplace where people feel comfortable and cared for. At the same time, you will support our Leadership and People & Culture teams with administrative processes related to People & Culture, onboarding, and internal communication.
Your Responsibilities
Office Management
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a well-organized and efficient working environment
- Manage office supplies and inventory, maintain good relationships with with external partners (e.g. building owner, maintenance workers)
- Assist with organizing team events; coordinating business travel arrangements
- Organize occupational health & safety and fire protection documentation and coordinate trainings
People & Culture Administration
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes. Manage documentation collection, background checks, role profiles, labour contracts, and termination orders, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations
- Assist in managing employment and change letters, maintain employee records, and support employee inquiries and issue resolution
- Administer employee benefits programs, coordinate with external partners, and contribute to People & Culture initiatives
- Perform administrative and financial tasks, including preparing payroll data, executing salary and invoice payments, and maintaining ongoing communication with the accountant and payroll accountant
Your Profile
- 2-3 year of relevant experience in an HR Administration or Office Management role, including payroll
- Native level Hungarian language skills
- Intermediate written and spoken English language skills
- Proven ability to manage tasks with competing priorities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Discreet, trustworthy, and able to manage confidential information
- A proactive, people-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Resident in the European Union and authorized to work
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Hungarian labor law and relevant regulations
- Educational background in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields
- German language skills
- Experience using HRIS and ATS platforms

The reference gross salary for Hungary is 650.000 HUF / month. Willingness to overpay is given and depends on the respective qualification and experience. On top of that, we also let all our employees participate in our Virtual Stock Option Plans (VSOPs), ensuring that they can directly benefit from our collective success.
