The Role
As we localize our products for new markets and update existing translations, we're looking for a Freelance French Medical Translation Reviewer to help ensure clarity, accuracy, and user-focused translations. This role is project-based and fully remote. The initial project entails the translation of documents. After the initial project, we aim to establish long-term collaboration to ensure consistent, high-quality translation updates. This will also include updates to our products' user-facing content.
Your Responsibilities
- Review and validate translations of our user-facing documents, ensuring linguistic and contextual accuracy:
- Terms of Use (7 pages)
- Privacy Policy (18 pages)
- User Manual for our Health Check (6 pages)

Ensure that all translations adhere to XUND’s tone of voice and style guide.

Identify any issues with grammar, spelling, or terminology and make necessary corrections.

Collaborate with the project team to maintain consistency across the translations, particularly regarding medical and regulatory terminology.
Your Profile

Native French (France) speaker.

Fluent in English with a strong grasp of medical terminology.

A background in a health-related field and familiarity with medical and regulatory terms.

Experience in patient communication/education, medical writing, or related experience

Attention to detail and the ability to work with precision to ensure all translations are accurate and user-friendly.

Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently.

German language skills are a plus.
